A clear request window
The change-of-mind return window is 30 calendar days from delivery. Contact the company with your order reference, SKU, quantity and reason before sending a sheet back. If you cancel before payment, there is no payment to refund.
Condition and included items
For a change-of-mind return, keep the unframed paper sheet unused, uncreased and protected, with its original packaging where practical. A frame or mat purchased from another supplier is outside this catalogue and cannot be returned to this shop. Statutory rights concerning an incorrect, defective or misdescribed item are not limited by the change-of-mind condition guidance.
Return fees, without percentage surprises
The prepaid return-label fee for a change-of-mind return is $8.00 per return request. The restocking fee is $0.00. Original outbound delivery of $8.00 is not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law. For an accepted defect or wrong-item claim, the return-label fee is $0.00 and the affected original delivery charge is included in the agreed refund where applicable.
Authorization and inspection
Wait for a return reference and confirmed destination before mailing a sheet; the public mailing address is not the return destination unless confirmed in your authorization. Inspection and refund approval take 3–5 business days after the return is received. Report any defect promptly with the SKU and a description. Carrier loss and the condition received must be assessed from evidence; this page does not promise automatic acceptance of every claim.
How a refund is returned
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method, not issued as compulsory store credit. After approval, allow 5–10 additional business days for the bank or payment provider to post it. Inspection 3–5 plus posting 5–10 means a total of 8–15 business days after receipt of the returned sheet.
Exchange, cancellation and payment status
No automatic exchange service is offered in the website. Request cancellation before written acceptance and payment; an unpaid order request can be withdrawn without a cancellation fee. For a later accepted purchase, an alternative artwork or size requires a separate written agreement and any price difference must be shown before further payment. Do not send card or bank credentials in a return message.
