How essential browser storage and order request records are used, retained and removed on this website.
Data you enter
The request form collects your name, email, optional phone, US delivery address, optional notes and selected catalogue lines. The server records the validated items, trusted price estimate, request token, reference, time, policy settings and acceptance flag. Do not enter card numbers, bank credentials, government identifiers or sensitive personal information.
Why a request is stored
We use your contact details, delivery address and chosen products to handle your order, confirm the details and support follow-up. Order records are protected from public access. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information and access logs. No optional analytics or advertising tools are active.
Protecting your order details
Administrators of the hosting environment may access records for operation and review; this is not a claim that no hosting provider can ever process network data. Basic HTTP access logs may contain request time, URL, IP and browser agent.
Retention and deletion policy
The retention limit for order request receipts is 30 days, followed by manual deletion. Routine hosting log retention is 30 days. Ask for access, correction or deletion using the request reference and the email used for that request. Acknowledgement is within 5 business days and deletion or a reasoned response within 30 calendar days.
What remains in your browser
Essential local storage holds the bag until a successful save, removal or manual clearing. Checkout draft fields remain until successful save or manual clearing; unused drafts should be cleared within 30 days as a retention target; clear unused saved details manually. Cookie preferences persist until changed or cleared. You can empty the bag, remove local storage in your browser or use the footer settings button without enabling optional tracking.
Your choices and rights
Optional consent is separate from requesting an artwork. No optional analytics or advertising tools are active, even if you select optional consent. You can ask which request data is held and request correction or deletion, subject to legal obligations if a real transaction later occurs. Do not send extra identifying documents unless a proportionate verification request has been made. This website makes no unsupported certification or absolute security claim.
